Check-in at the property: Greeted on Arrival, also Gate Code issued on confirmation of booking to access site.

Cancellation Policy:

Guests can cancel reservations online directly on online bookings made on www.comeraghpods.ie or direct bookings taken via phone or email (within 48hrs of arrival date).

House Rules & Notices:

Your payment card may be debited or preauthorised once the cancellation deadline has passed.
The Pods and Communal Areas are Non-Smoking. There are designated smoking areas throughout the site.

Booking Terms:

Deposits, Cancellations will result in your deposit being forfeited, even if you want to change dates unless we can fill your original booking. This is because it may be too late to fill the booking and others have been refused because the dates were reserved for you.
If you are planning a Hen/Stag or large group party, please make enquiries by phone before you arrive. The site is family-friendly, so accommodations can/may be made for you if you have a large group.
However, without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate Hen/Stag parties without pre-approved confirmation.
Excessive Loud music is not permitted on-site, so please leave any device (radio, cd player) at home unless you have earphones!
Please notify a member of staff if any accident or breakage occur.
Please Respect the Communal Area space. “Leave it as you find it” and ensure to wash and put away your clean dishes in the as others staying onsite will use this area also.

Accessibility:

Please advise before arrival if any facilities are required to support Wheelchair access.
Our pods have been accommodated to allow full access, and the communal unit also. We do need to know ahead of time to ensure that the right Pods are allocated to support your needs.
